About us

One brand, one trade, no upselling

Wolf Repair Service Phoenix works on Wolf cooking equipment and nothing else. Ranges and rangetops, built-in and convection steam ovens, cooktops, warming drawers, hoods, inserts and downdraft vents.

That narrowness is the whole point. A van that carries igniters, spark modules, hinge springs, oven sensors and blower capacitors for one manufacturer fixes more machines on the first visit than a van carrying a little of everything. When the part is not on board we say so, order it, and give you a date rather than a hope.

We have worked on this equipment in Phoenix since 2012, based out on Estrella by 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye, which is why the west and south of the city are the short hops. The rest of Phoenix gets a booked window and a call before the van sets off.

Licensed, bonded and insured. We provide our licence number to customers on request.

A door gasket and two tired hinge springs. Most of this job is the parts nobody photographs.

How a call runs

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them

Flat $89 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it.

  1. You ring, or book a slot

Model number and what the machine is doing. The model plate on a range is behind the kick panel or on the door frame; on a hood it is inside, above the baffles.

  2. A window, not a day

We give an arrival window and call before setting off, so nobody spends a Phoenix afternoon indoors waiting for a van that is two hours out.

  3. Diagnosis, then a price

Meter on the sensor, gauge on the line, cap off the burner. You get told what failed, what it takes, and what it costs — and you can stop right there.

  4. The repair, and the test

Where the part is on the van it is done on the visit. Then it gets run: burners lit and stepped down, oven cycled twice against our own probe, hood put through every speed.

Plainly stated

What we are not

  • Not a refrigeration outfit. Wolf is cooking equipment; a Sub-Zero column is a different trade and a different parts book, and we will point you elsewhere rather than learn on your kitchen.
  • Not the manufacturer, and not connected to it. This is an independent repair business — the disclaimer at the bottom of every page says exactly that.
  • Not a contact form. There is no form on this site and no email to chase. Ring the number or take a slot on the booking page, and that is the whole system.
  • Not in the business of quoting blind. The $89 service call and the six repair bands on every repair page are honest ranges, not a firm figure for your machine — that one comes after the diagnosis, and before anything is opened up.

Ring and describe the noise

Model number and symptom is enough to start. A $89 service call covers the trip and the full diagnosis, credited against the repair if you go ahead. Line answered 24/7.
